SHIPPING POLICY

At ASHCARD HOLLOW, we aim to deliver your trading cards and merchandise promptly and securely within the United States. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, processing times, and responsibilities. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
PROCESSING TIME
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) from the date of purchase, barring exceptional circumstances (e.g., high order volume or inventory verification).
- Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
- Domestic Shipping (United States Only): We offer multiple shipping options via carriers such as USPS or similar providers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service speed. Estimated delivery times vary by method (e.g., 2-5 business days for standard, 1-3 business days for expedited) and begin after processing is complete.
- Carrier Selection: We reserve the right to choose the carrier and service level that best meets our shipping standards, even if a specific method is selected at checkout.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, including on canceled orders where processing has begun.
DELIVERY
- Tracking: Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments where available. You will receive this information via email once your order ships.
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are based on carrier estimates and begin after processing is complete. Delays due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer are beyond our control.
- Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address within the United States. We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or additional costs due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an error in the address provided, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.
- Lost Packages: If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, please file a claim directly with the carrier. Contact us at ashcardhollow@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivery date, and we’ll provide tracking information or guidance to assist you. However, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding lost packages once tracking confirms delivery.
PACKAGING AND CONDITION
- All trading cards and merchandise are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Single cards are shipped in protective sleeves and top loaders, while larger items (e.g., sealed boxes or merchandise) are packed with appropriate padding (e.g., bubble mailers or boxes). We photograph all items before shipment to document their condition at the time of packing.
- We are not responsible for damage occurring during shipping (e.g., scratches or dents caused by carrier handling). Claims for damaged items must be filed directly with the shipping carrier (see our Refund Policy in the Terms of Service for details). Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues promptly.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
- We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipping to certain addresses or regions at our discretion (e.g., due to high fraud risk or shipping limitations).
- Orders suspected of fraudulent activity may be held for verification, and we may request additional information (e.g., photo ID) before shipping high-value items like rare trading cards.
